I can't believe this! I got another call from the same HSBC telemarketer number that was so rude yesterday. I decided to leave the guy on the line but he was able to hang up like the last rude woman. I have sent another complaint to HSBC. It boggles my mind that they would think it a good idea to take their customer information and use it to harass me with junk phone calls in the middle of my work day.
